Goodacre Centre


This was originally built as a leader training centre and has a large group room with tables and chairs. It is now most often used for troop/pack holidays for all kinds of indoor activities.
There is also a kitchen, four dormitories.

Conveniences

There are separate male and female toilets. There is also a wet room with accessible toilet and shower.

The Wilkinson Room

This is a small side room that can be used for small meetings, first aid administration etc. 

The Kitchen

This has two fridges, a freezer, 2 six burner gas cookers, warming cupboard, microwave and a constant hot water supply to cater for large numbers.
All work surfaces are of stainless steel for easy cleaning and hygiene.

Sleeping Accommodation

The four bunk rooms can sleep a total of 28 persons. Three of the rooms have 8 bunks in each, with one having 4 bunks. (Party leaders often use this one.) It is also possible to utilise the large group room for limited overspill sleeping.
