The Goodacre Centre
This
was originally built as a leader training centre and has a large group room with tables and chairs. It is now most often used for troop/pack holidays for all kinds of indoor activities.
There is also a kitchen, four dormitories, up graded conveniences (with separate male, female and leaders toilets) and also facilities for the disabled. The “Wilkinson Room” is a refuge for tired leaders to retire to at the end of the day! |

Sleeping Accommodation
The four bunk rooms can sleep a total of 28 persons. Three of the rooms have 8 bunks in each, with one having 4 bunks. (Party leaders often use this one.) It is also possible to utilise the large group room for overspill sleeping. |
